Woburn Deer Park from Eversholt (7 miles / 11.5km - Leisurely, Booking Required)

This walk is for up to 30 people, including the leader.

A leisurely walk of just over 7 miles through the historic Deer Park of Woburn Abbey and nearby countryside.

The walk starts in the quaint village of Eversholt and we head through woods and fields and into the Deer Park. There we not only find various species of deer but the majestic Woburn Abbey, the site of a Cistercian Abbey and now the country seat of the Duke of Bedfordshire. From there we pop into Woburn village for our packed lunch stop.

After lunch it's back through the Deer Park and we will discover a top secret old WW2 radio station. We then pass through the village of Milton Bryan and through further woods and fields with open views down to Eversholt, in time for an optional Bank Holiday weekend pint or beverage of your choice.

Dogs are welcome on a lead.
