Stag Walkers Cinema Social: Our Land at Letchworth Broadway

Join us for a screening of a new documentary film about the Right-to-Roam movement.

The film features opinion from both sides of the debate - the activists calling for improved access to nature and organising mass trespass events, and the landowners of large private estates.

You can watch a trailer and buy your tickets on the Broadway Cinema & Theatre website.

The 90-minute documentary also includes a recorded Q&A.

After the film there is the opportunity to go for a drink and perhaps a bite to eat at the nearby Cultivo Lounge café bar.

Booking your place

Tickets are £14.90 + £2 booking fee. You can avoid paying the booking fee by signing up for a free MyBroadway account. Please buy your ticket in advance through the Broadway Cinema & Theatre website.

The film is showing in the small Screen Four at Broadway so prompt booking is recommended. Your host will be in Seat C6 if you would like to sit nearby.

Broadway Cinema & Theatre, Eastcheap, Letchworth Garden City SG6 3DD.

We’ll meet outside the cinema at 5.40pm ready for the screening at 6pm.

A public car park is located directly opposite Broadway Cinema & Theatre, with free parking on Sundays.

There’s plenty of on-street car parking available nearby too.

Letchworth Garden City railway station is approximately five minutes’ walk away.

• DON’T NO-SHOW on the day unless it is absolutely unavoidable (we do understand ‘life happens’) because it prevents others from enjoying an event if it is fully booked.
• TAKE NOTE that if you no-show three times, without extenuating circumstances, we will decline further bookings from you for a period of six weeks.

• FOLLOW NHS guidelines and do not attend the event if you are unwell.

About Stag Walkers

Stag Walkers is a Ramblers group aimed mainly at people in their 20s and 30s but all are welcome and we have members of all ages. We run weekly walks, on Saturdays or Sundays, varying in length from around 5 to 15 miles, and we host regular social nights. Walks and socials generally take place across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and south Cambridgeshire.
