Becoming a walk leader is easy and there are several experienced leaders within the group who are always happy to offer help and advice to new leaders.\n\n### How do I become a walk leader?\n\nAll walk leaders must be registered as a volunteer walk leader on the Ramblers website and must complete the online training modules or self-assess alternative experience. This ensures that you are insured to lead a Ramblers walk.\n\nTo lead a Stag Walkers walk you need to complete the details of your walk on the programme spreadsheet. The information required includes a description of the walk, start point, end point, start time, length (miles) and walk grade (difficulty rating), plus any other relevant details. If you are on our mailing list, details of how to access the spreadsheet can be found in our newsletter.
