We are run by a small number of volunteers, and are part of the Ramblers, Britain's walking charity. So why join us? We're glad you asked!\n\n🍃 **Explore our beautiful countryside**\n\nWe enjoy sharing the places we love to walk, and having fun while doing it. We have easy access to miles of footpaths, bridleways and other paths in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire, so there’s always a new place to explore.\n\n🙋 **Make new friends**\n\nWe are around 200 people in our 20s to early 40s who enjoy walking and socialising. Most of our walks end at a pub, or have a pub-stop in the middle. Our walks are a great way to get to know fellow members.\n\n🥾 **Get some exercise**\n\nGetting fit doesn’t have to be boring! Join us for a walk and improve your health while having fun. There’s something for everyone with leisurely walks from 5 miles, to moderate 8 or 9 milers, and even strenuous hikes of over 15 miles.\n\n🎉 **Try us for free**\n\nYou are welcome to give us a go risk-free! Our Area helps to protect the countryside in which we walk, through the planning system, and also runs events, such as the Hertfordshire and North London Walks\nFest.
